Apple Back to School Offer 2021 Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an Eligible Product with a pair of AirPods with Charging Case without extra cost. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade the Promotion Product to AirPods with Wireless Charging Case or AirPods Pro at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein and capitalized terms are as defined below.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins on June 17, 2021 and ends on September 27, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”) in the United States (“Qualified Country”). The Promotion Period may be changed, terminated or extended at any time without prior notice.
Qualifying Locations
Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education, Apple Authorized Campus Stores, and 1-800-MY-APPLE (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualified Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualified Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period, and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.
THE OFFER
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the Eligible Product instantly at the time of purchase which is equal to the cost of the AirPods (the “Promotion Product”). Customers will be charged for all items in their cart, including the Promotion Product. The Promotion Product is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

A purchase of an Eligible Product made when selecting Apple Card Monthly Installments (“ACMI”) as the payment type at checkout will receive an instant credit of $159, which is the cost of the AirPods deducted from the price of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. You will be charged one ACMI installment plan over 12 months for the Eligible Product discounted by the instant credit. Your AirPods (or AirPods with Wireless Charging Case, or AirPods Pro, if you choose to upgrade) (the Promotion Product) will be charged in a separate second ACMI installment plan over 6 months. The total combined amount charged over the 2 separate ACMI installment plans will reflect the full retail price of the Eligible Product plus any Additional Upgrade Cost. If you choose the pay-in-full or one-time-payment option for an ACMI eligible purchase instead of choosing ACMI as the payment option at checkout, that purchase will be subject to the variable APR assigned to your Apple Card. Taxes and shipping are not included in ACMI transactions and are subject to your standard purchase APR. ACMI is subject to credit approval and credit limit. QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Those eligible for this promotion include faculty, staff, students, and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
K-12 - An employee of a public or private K-12 institution in the Qualified Country is eligible, including homeschool teachers. In addition, school board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible. PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers are eligible.
Higher Education - Faculty and staff of Higher Education institutions in the Qualified Country and students attending or accepted into a Higher Education institution in the United States are eligible. Purchases from the Apple Store for Education by individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.
Higher Education Parents - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education institution in the Qualified Country are eligible.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. If an Eligible Product is returned, or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in its original packaging or the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will be responsible for payment of the difference. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference. Eligible Products or Promotion Products purchased at an Apple Authorized Campus Store must be returned or exchanged at the same Apple Authorized Campus Store, subject to such store’s policies and procedures.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period while supplies last. Eligible Products and Promotion Products are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify. Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. With respect to all Qualified Locations other than an Apple Authorized Campus Store, if Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Additional restrictions may apply to purchases made at Apple Authorized Campus Stores. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s).
