1. General Information


1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by kite+key, Rutgers Tech Store (“we,” “us,” “our”) to students, faculty, staff, and other authorized individuals (“you,” “your”).

1.2 By purchasing from the kite+key, Rutgers Tech Store, you agree to comply with these terms.


2. Eligibility


2.1 Sales are limited to current students, faculty, staff, and alumni with valid identification.

2.2 Bulk purchases for resale are prohibited unless specifically authorized.


3. Products and Pricing


3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2 All products are subject to availability.

3.3 Promotions and discounts are valid only during specified periods and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


4. Exclusions


4.1 The following items are not eligible for discounts, promotions, or other sales offers unless explicitly stated:

  • Software License.
  • Special-order products.

4.2 Exclusions may vary by promotion, and specific terms will be detailed below:

  • Apple Holiday Sale excludes Mac mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro.
  • Purchase must be done during sale period, no exceptions.
  • Configure-to-order (CTO) sales are final.


5. Back To School


The promotion begins on June 17th, 2025, and ends on September 30th, 2025. The Promotion period may be changed, terminated, or extended at any time without prior notice.

Purchase an iMac, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air, including configure-to-order versions, and AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation (MXP93LL/A) in a single transaction will receive a promotional savings of $179. The purchaser has the option to upgrade to AirPods Pro 2nd Generation (MTJV3LL/A) at an additional upgrade cost of $70.

Purchase a current generation iPad Air, or iPad Pro, and an Apple Pencil Pro (MX2D3AM/A) in a single transaction will receive a promotional savings of $119. iPad A16, 10th generation, and iPad mini are excluded from this offer.

Prior sales are excluded. Returns and exchanges are subject to our standard return policy; however, if any item from the qualifying purchase is returned, the Promotion Savings will be reversed, and the refund will reflect the full price of the Eligible Promotion Product.
